How to Participate
1. Please submit your old device SN code and order number via the link below for verification.
2. Once Anycubic confirms that the device is an authentic Anycubic product, you will receive the corresponding upgrade benefits. No return required.

Quota & Availability
1. The total number of upgrade slots is limited to 5,000 users.
2. Upgrade rewards will be granted based on the submission and successful verification time of the SN code (or order number), on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

2. Multi-Device Eligibility: This program supports multiple upgrades. If you own more than one eligible legacy device (e.g., multiple Ace Pro units), you are entitled to a separate discount code for each verified device.
3. If any fraudulent behavior, abuse, or cheating is detected, Anycubic reserves the right to cancel the participation and reward eligibility.

Reward Distribution
1. All eligible users will receive their exclusive discount codes via their accounts during:
2 April, 2026 – 12 April, 2026.
2. The discount code cannot be combined with any other promo codes, but can be used together with gift cards.
3. The discount code will be issued directly to your inbox.
4. The discount code is valid from 13 April, 2026 to 31 May, 2026.
